Ängsbacka is a Course and Festival Centre for Personal and Spiritual growth. Since 1997, thousands of people have travelled from all over the world to experience its magical, warm, open and loving atmosphere. To many, this place has become like a second home and a source of inspiration.
Hundreds of people have lived and worked here for short or long periods. They have all contributed with time, money, work, and above all their heart to create what we enjoy here today. Currently our working community comprises around 40 people, most of whom live onsite.
Every now and then, we are recruiting to fill in roles with responsibilities in our different teams, both in operations (kitchen, housekeeping, garden,…) and in administration (events, marketing, booking,…). Current vacancies are listed below.

Core Circle HR
We are looking for someone to step into this very central role at Ängsbacka. You are familiar with Ängbacka, and have experience of personal and spiritual work. You have excellent people skills, creativity, and inclusive leadership skills. You are solution oriented and have a capacity to manage several big projects while doing the day-to-day work of recruitment interviews, personal support, and administration.
This role means to have several meetings every day, either one-on-one or with groups. You are leading most of these meetings and work closely with the CEO and Volunteer Office.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Practical & energetic leadership in daily operations
- Role recruitment & development, work management, and follow-up
- Event planning
