CONTACT IMPROVISATION AND CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT

Born in Barcelona, he journeyed through various sports and disciplines, including martial arts, acrobatics, parkour, dance, and gymnastics. His path led him to acting studies, where he discovered Contact Improvisation as a powerful tool for physical listening within physical theater. As life unfolded, he ventured into travel, movement, contact, and facilitation. Since then, he´s been on the road, dancing, and facilitating workshops on CI and conscious movement.
