Abhika is an international teacher and healer with 20 years experience working with people, supporting them to find RELAXATION and EASE in all aspects of their life.

She is Tantrica, Meditator, Family Constellation therapist, organiser of Baltic Heart festival in Latvia and founder of Heart Tantra community.

Practicing Tantra and Family Constellations for almost 20 years, she found answers about the nature of sexuality, love and spirituality that opened her up to a whole new level of relaxation. She passionately shares the wisdom that changed her life, making it so much more relaxed, happy, adventurous and juicy.
