The musical journeys of Holy Tree arise from a deep wish and longing to touch something that will always remain beyond. The musicians reach with flute and voice and heart for the un-nameable mystery, beauty and grief; the fullness of this human experience. Holy tree listens as well as their instruments speak and the patient acknowledgement of silence offers a unique texture and depth to the music. The music is there to open doorways, it will not lead you through as that step is yours alone to take but it may bring you to the threshold and invite you in. This music is a guide and a pathway and the audience is invited to follow into a new landscape which unfolds note by note and song by song. Holy Tree is a group gathering various musicians and artists, with Filip Fišer and Malin Wik as its core duo.

Malin Wik – Musician, Songwriter, Holy Tree, TheSinging Circle. Malin is a singer, songwriter, and the co-founder of the band Holy Tree with Filip Fišer. Her voice is loved by many and serves as her main guide in life. Since 2016, Holy Tree has created musical journeys that use a shamanic approach, focusing on presence and improvisation. Malin also draws on over 15 years of experience to lead The Singing Circle, a group workshop that invites people to connect with their voices through humming and singing. The practice fosters deep listening and creative flow. Additionally, she offers individual sessions for those who want to use their voice for personal leadership or artistic purposes.
