Martin Blad

Martin “Mestre Lâmina” has through out his life devoted over 25 years to the art and as a teacher of the Brazilian martial art Capoeira. With a constant inner drive and motion towards evolving himself and helping others he was lead to as a teacher further educate himself within coaching, athletes psychology advisory, physical exercise and mental training. Beeing in his classes is often an experience driven by on the spot inspired creativity whilst holding a space where everyone is welcome as they are, filling the room with energy and a good vibe.
