Sara Utberg

Sara has been teaching yoga and embodiment at the leading studios in Sweden for the past 9 years and also developed a couple of own concepts which she teaches at Ayäm Studio in Stockholm.
With roots grounded in shamanic practices, a poetic way with words, a passion for performance art, and powerful presence she invites you to discover or rediscover the depth of your own being.
Sara had been asked to be part of the development for various art pieces and has been asked by the royal art institute of Sweden to develop a workshop about Somatics and the body’s self healing ability.
Rawness and authenticity are two keywords that describes the space she holds.
